HYPR: Discover the Hype
HYPR (Hyper) is a service that tests, reviews,and rates upcoming and beta products.It creates hype by way of HYPR and customer reviews. HYPR suggests stores and places to purchase items to take advantage of special discounts offered by sponsors.

The challenge given to us was to find a way to creatively bridge the gap between Blues Music and the Food Service Industry. Our inspiration for this project came from lots of Blues listening as well as research into the spirit and culture surrounding traditional Blues music. Focusing on the nomadic nature of Blues and the roots of where it came from, we thought the perfect vessel for bridging the gap between food and blues was a food truck fleet. We then focused on finding a Blues icon for us to fixate upon and dedicate this project to. Through our research, we discovered 'Sleepy' John Estes; an ever-talented voice of early blues. Not only were his songs appropriate to the subject matter we were looking for; ie. a nomadic sort of nature, but he has an awesome name! Upon researching John himself we discovered he was from Tennessee, which to us screamed Southern Food and especially BBQ. From there, Sleepy John's fleet of Southern Cookin' food trucks was born!Branding, Graphic Design, Product Design2011 -
